1. Shred the cheese. 2. Add flour to cheese and mix. 3. Peel garlic, cut in half, and use to brush a medium sized saucepan. 4. Put saucepan over heat. Add milk and cheese while stirring well until mixture is homogeneous. 5. Add a sprinkle of musk rose and 1/2 lemon juice. Stir mixture then put in a fondue pot, while igniting a candle underneath it so it stays hot.
