1. Put broccoli in a special container on top of boiled water, and cover. Steam for 10 minutes or until it becomes a bit tender.
2.Move broccoli to a pyrex or any other dish that can be used in oven.
3. Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour, salt, pepper, and muskrose and stirr until the mixture is homogeneous and soft. Add milk gradually, while stirring continuously until the bechamel sauce is thick.
4. Pour the bechamel sauce on top of the broccoli, and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
5. Put dish in oven and leave for 8 minutes or until it becomes golden color. Bon Appetit! .
