– Spread the meat filet slices, and season them with salt & pepper
– Put the Pride mozzarella cheese on one end of the meat filet
– Roll the filets and make sure the meat is fully covering the cheese to avoid burning of cheese
– Close the rolls by putting a rosemary stick in the middle
– Put the olive oil in a pan on medium heat, and roast the meat rolls from all sides until done
– Serve hot .
